] TD Joinery excels in producing bespoke staircases on a request to supply basis. Our strength in creating staircases lies in our skills, gained over many years of experience, combined with an unusually spacious workshop. This allows us to pre-assemble and finish all treads, winders and risers prior to delivery to the address. We can pre-assemble any size to complete perfection, ensuring a perfect fit and finish into the stairwell, regardless of its shape or size.

] Here we display a perfect example of this bespoke staircase with open treads and individually produced rounded newels and handrail with a floating balcony, finished to the client’s personal taste and preference with stainless steel spindles. Created here in American Oak for a contemporary, clean look.

] Displayed here is a more traditional style, suited to a period home which requires a sympathetically crafted staircase which is in keeping with its environment. This curved, cut string staircase, plus aprons boasts a continuous hardwood handrail, which is individually handcrafted by a highly skilled Joiner in our workshop. Treated with a dark finishing product; as per the personal specification of our client, prior to delivery.

] Simple, sturdy chic for any family home. Robust and hardwearing, this painted softwood staircase with oak treads, rail and newels is finished with classic and individually crafted turned oak ball finials.

] In keeping with the rest of the dwelling, this staircase is created in European Oak. Bespoke chunky newels support sympathetically shaped finials, making a bold statement in the hallway.

] A personal favourite of TD Joinery, really defining the client’s requirement for a clean, contemporary and unusual look. This is handcrafted and immaculately finished from American White Oak and installed with glass risers to seal the open treads. Chunky large section handrail with a curved landing area creates a backbone to the home. An unusual talking point, which is designed to last a lifetime.
] A painted finish was requested for this staircase with plain oak newels and turned oak ball finials. Displaying a traditional, but still fashionable today look.

] This is an excellent example of a cut string painted staircase with turned newels and spindles with a curved rail finale. Mainly required in period properties, for planning and conservation reasons, to remain in keeping with the rest of the dwelling.
